These Terms of Use set out the rules for playing at Regina Casino, from opening an account to cashing out. Please read them before you deposit, because using our site means you agree to them.
Acceptance
1.1 These terms form a binding agreement between you and Regina Casino whenever you visit the site, register or place a bet.

Complaints
2.1 Email any complaint to support@reginacasino.app, sending it from the address on your account. Tell us your username, what went wrong, when it happened and which game or transaction it concerns.
2.2 Every complaint is examined by our support team, who answer by email with the outcome and the grounds for it. Should you not accept that answer, reply in the same email thread and a senior team member will examine the case again.
Prohibited Conduct
3.1 You must not:
- use bots, scripts or any automated tool to place bets for you or alter game outcomes;
- collude with other players, live tables included, to get an advantage that is not fair;
- exploit a fault, bug or error in a game or in our systems;
- deposit using a payment method that belongs to someone else, or use money obtained through crime;
- use a VPN or a comparable tool to disguise where you are;
- hold or operate multiple accounts.
3.2 Where we find this kind of conduct, we may withhold related winnings and close your account, and we will notify the appropriate authorities when Canadian law requires it.
Governing Law
4.1 These terms, and any dispute that arises under them, are governed by Canadian law. Any consumer protection that applies where you live remains unaffected.
4.2 Our games are available solely where the law of your location permits gambling, and our age verification, identity checks and anti-money laundering procedures follow Canadian rules.
Eligibility
5.1 You must be 19+ and physically in Canada to play, in an area where online gambling is permitted by local law.

5.3 Players who have self-excluded must not open a new account.
Intellectual Property

Our Liability
7.1 We provide the games and the site as they stand, and there may be occasional interruptions to the service. Regina Casino carries no liability when a loss stems from connection trouble, a fault on your device or events we have no control over.
7.2 Our maximum liability for any claim equals the funds held in your account that relate to that claim. These terms do not limit any protection under Canadian law that cannot be excluded.
Game Rules and Fairness

8.3 A malfunction voids all plays and pays it affects. If a fault occurs, we cancel the affected bets and return your stakes to your balance.
Changes to These Terms

10.4 On most payment options, an approved withdrawal lands within 60 minutes to 4 hours, though a bank wire can take up to 12 hours. There is no charge for deposits or withdrawals.
10.5 All payment methods you use have to be registered in your name. Before a payout we may ask for additional documents, as explained on our Identity Checks page.

11.1 Promotions, the welcome offer and Regina Rewards are covered by our Bonus Terms, which form part of these terms.
Accounts and Registration
12.1 A person may own just one account. If we detect duplicates, we close them and void any winnings collected on them.
12.2 Provide correct, current information at registration and keep it updated if your details change. Do not share your password, since you are responsible for all play on your account.
